Photography has been my hobby and passion for
longer that two decades. As a St. Louis-based
photographer, I focus primarily in three areas -
portraits, documentary and landscapes. I also have
been venturing into weddings as well, using a
documentary approach. The vast majority of my
work uses natural light, in hopes of capturing pieces
of our world, as they exist.
I'm always on the lookout for interesting
documentary projects, drawing upon my two
decades of experience as a newspaper reporter to tell
stories with the images I collect. In recent years, I've
focused on the behind-the-scenes world of St. Louis
community theater, local wine makers and the
restoration of a World War II bomber in St. Charles.
Not sure what my next project will be, but it's out
there somewhere.
Lately, I have also been focused on improving my
portrait skills. In that search, I'm happy to provide my
services at no charge for people who will offer
something different for my portfolio.
